My friends and I loved our stay at the Dodges' property. It exceeded our expectations. The house was a very charming design, the beds were comfortable, the house had all the essentials, was in a pretty neighborhood, and had great outdoor seating spaces. I would highly recommend! The sailing photos were an added bonus :)

We love staying at Peggy‘s cottage. Large family group 6 , including a 22 month old toddler. We used both the main house and the little bunkhouse and felt right at home . The beds were very comfortable., The Family history wasn’t ours , but we loved looking at the pictures, the maps, etc.. We were attending a regatta at Inverness Yacht Club and so did not do much cooking but The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances . Driveway looks like black diamond ski trail but is very easy to drive up and down , park &, turn around . Gate works easily !

This home is a charming family vacation home; quirky, warm and casual. There are just enough of modern conveniences - fully equipped kitchen, comfortable chairs and beds, and lighting - to make your stay comfortable. It is easy to find and close to Pt. Reyes and the villages of Inverness and Inverness Park. I wanted to stay longer.

Cozy, secluded, off the beaten path. Close access to hiking, kayaking, and stargazing. Five nights passed too quickly. This was our second stay here, and we're already planning the next visit.

Very welcoming host. The location was perfect and neighborhood quiet and calm. The wood stove was wonderful to have for the chilly evenings. Large dog friendly space for our Maligators to run was fantastic. We hosted a cozy Thanksgiving dinner for five people. The kitchen especially the brand new oven worked perfectly for our 20lb turkey. The location was great, close to everything but away from any crowds. We explored Tomales Bay and the National Seashore. And we saw a lot of Tule elk. Such a relaxing time.

Cosy rustic retreat

We loved our stay here! Very quiet and cozy with lots of outdoor space to hang out. We were two couples and a dog and it worked out just perfectly for us. The kitchen is small but well-stocked, so we were able to cook dinners and just hang out. We would definitely come back!

Great Family Base Camp

This is the second summer we have used the Dodge Inverness Home for our vacation. It is such a relaxing home just minutes from so many amazing destinations in the area.

Quiet retreat

A bit funky, but clean, comfortable and very quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by lovely greenery and centrally located. Many family pictures reflected the loving times they have enjoyed there, adding to the charm for us. This was our second stay and won't be our last.

Wonderful cozy house

We loved our stay. It is a family summer cabin that shows it has been loved for years and years. Staying there made me feel almost as if I was part of the family. It is very private and we loved hanging out in the cozy living room and on the sunny decks.

Sweet Stay

Beautiful little spot to stay while we were in town for an autumn wedding. We loved having tea on the porch, and going on walks around the neighborhood. The house is quaint and adorable.
