Welcome to Sea Breeze! Located in the heart of the village, Sea Breeze is the perfect launching point for your Dillon Beach vacation!

For those of you looking for the perfect "flex-cation" spot, Sea Breeze is fully equipped to handle your work-from-vacation-home needs! It has fast, reliable WiFi with download speeds of 100mbps minimum!

Take the side flight of stairs up to the main entry to Sea Breeze, entering into the open dining and living room areas. Immediately feel the warmth of the space you get to call yours for the next few days! The living room is light filled from the row of west facing windows with views of the Village and partial ocean views. Two comfy sofas, including a fold-out sofa, are set up by the gas log fireplace, sure to take the chill off crisp ocean evenings! Roku TV with DirecTV satellite package and Blu-Ray player ensure the media buffs in your group stay well entertained! Just off of the living room is another sweet, light filled space (the "reading nook") with fold-out sofa. Picture the perfect spot for a flex-cation home office and this is it!

The dining area is located conveniently adjacent to the adorable and well equipped kitchen. With plenty of counter space and fully stocked with everything you may need, you'll be cooking up first class meals in no time! At the far end of the kitchen is the quintessential charming breakfast nook with views of the rolling hillsides surrounding Dillon Beach!

Rounding out the main floor is a large, spacious bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed and a full bath.

The lower level, accessible from the staircase off the kitchen, contains a second cozy bedroom with queen sized bed, another full bath and Laundry Room!

Sea Breeze is a Dillon Beach Village staple! A warm spacious house for up 8 of your favorite people! 5 minute walk to the beach. You'll want to come back year after year!

Just a reminder; 8 people is the maximum for this house day or night. 2 Cars Max in driveway. Please ask us about where to park extra cars.

You won’t regret it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time! The perfect little spring getaway for our family of four + two pups. The layout of the home is fantastic; plenty of room to spread out of you want with the kitchen and living room centrally located for hanging out. The upstairs den was like having a surprise third bedroom, while the downstairs bedroom was quiet and secluded for our you best. Plenty of room in the upstairs bedroom for us to crate the dogs. We were literal minutes away from the beach by foot, although our kids are little so we chose to drive most days. We loved being able to walk to the general store for ice cream while we watched the sun set (and the restaurant was good too)! The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals at home and the beds were super comfy! I am not an easy sleeper but I woke up feeling so rested. We loved our time here so much, we extended our stay by a night and are already planning our return!

A wonderful get away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at three properties in Dillon Beach, and this is my favorite. The two bedroom two bath cottage is cozy and welcoming. It’s sort of like visiting a cottage that you wish your grandmother had. Comfortable furniture, a good mattress, and high quality linens added to the stay. The TV and gas fireplace worked well, and the kitchen was very well equipped. There is a peek-a-boo view of the ocean. The second bedroom is downstairs, so ideal for two couples or families. The rental agency was great. All in all, a great trip and stay.
