Welcome to Sea Breeze! Located in the heart of the village, Sea Breeze is the perfect launching point for your Dillon Beach vacation!

For those of you looking for the perfect "flex-cation" spot, Sea Breeze is fully equipped to handle your work-from-vacation-home needs! It has fast, reliable WiFi with download speeds of 100mbps minimum!

Take the side flight of stairs up to the main entry to Sea Breeze, entering into the open dining and living room areas. Immediately feel the warmth of the space you get to call yours for the next few days! The living room is light filled from the row of west facing windows with views of the Village and partial ocean views. Two comfy sofas, including a fold-out sofa, are set up by the gas log fireplace, sure to take the chill off crisp ocean evenings! Roku TV with DirecTV satellite package and Blu-Ray player ensure the media buffs in your group stay well entertained! Just off of the living room is another sweet, light filled space (the "reading nook") with fold-out sofa. Picture the perfect spot for a flex-cation home office and this is it!

The dining area is located conveniently adjacent to the adorable and well equipped kitchen. With plenty of counter space and fully stocked with everything you may need, you'll be cooking up first class meals in no time! At the far end of the kitchen is the quintessential charming breakfast nook with views of the rolling hillsides surrounding Dillon Beach!

Rounding out the main floor is a large, spacious bedroom with comfortable queen sized bed and a full bath.

The lower level, accessible from the staircase off the kitchen, contains a second cozy bedroom with queen sized bed, another full bath and Laundry Room!

Sea Breeze is a Dillon Beach Village staple! A warm spacious house for up 8 of your favorite people! 5 minute walk to the beach. You'll want to come back year after year!

Just a reminder; 8 people is the maximum for this house day or night. 2 Cars Max in driveway. Please ask us about where to park extra cars.

It has a fully stocked kitchen and a separate sun room from the living room. It has two separated bedrooms with some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on.

Perfect cozy family friendly beach getaway

We loved this property! We appreciated that it was a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook our own meals and loved being able to bring our pup along. The location was perfect, so close to the beach. The management was responsive and the check in and out was easy and convenient.

I would highly recommend this home. There is a tiny little ocean view, but you can hear the ocean at night as you're going to sleep. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

Great beach house!

Had a great time! Home was clean and comfortable and can’t beat the location. The floor plan worked great for having friends visit during our stay and providing them with some privacy downstairs. We’d definitely stay again!
