Easy check in and very good communication with host. It’s a tad bit off the beat and path but I had my car so there were no issues. Would stay here again.

It's exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood seems quite safe, as well - I'm normally very careful about where I park my car in NOLA but in this case I chose to park my car in front of the house and neither expected nor experienced any problems.

Great place. Had all provisions we needed. Just a few blocks walk to streetcar and Trader Joes really close by! Coffee Science was a treasure for morning coffee. A bit out of the way of all the crowds which we liked

Our stay at this charming Victorian Shotgun was absolutely phenomenal! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive — communication before and during our stay was seamless.The location was perfect — just a short drive to the French Quarter, great restaurants, and local shops. We also felt safe in the neighborhood and appreciated the easy parking right out front. The beds were comfortable, and the home was stocked with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans!

clean, well stocked, quiet at night, friendly host. upper bedroom does not have bathroom, instead both baths on ground floor. if not for this, property would have been perfect.

Quiet Shotgun House

Access to the house went smoothly. The only hiccup was the power was out upstairs a back half of the house. I called immediately and maintenance was there within 30 minutes. Fastest response ever! The home was just as described, but, the second bath was smaller than it appeared. All of the basics were provided for cooking, cleaning, and bathing, as described. Loved the layout! The neighborhood is bit rundown BUT everyone we met while exploring it, were very friendly and engaging. Answered our questions and offered suggestions on where the hidden gems of the city were. Would stay here again WHEN I come back.
