Spoke with manager about sliding door I know it gets weathered in winter but really needs replacing due to rusty broken handle and ease of use. Great location! Not in the best condition.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We sat on the deck for hours looking at the ocean so that was lovely. Kitchen is nice. The lower price point comes with some quirks. Biggest disappointment was the house smells like urine, likely due to male dogs marking. Some mattresses felt old. Exterior of slider and windows along deck were dirty, so couldnt see the view very well through them. This would probably be an easy add on for cleaners.

A wonderful return to the coast. This home was well kept, in a quiet neighborhood around the corner from the best bakery and coffee shop, with a premium grocery store both a block away.

Property was clean and the views were unbeatable. It was my first time taking my three little kids on vacation and the beach access was such a luxury. I could have one kid take a nap inside and keep an eye on the others playing in the sand from the deck. There was a hose on the side so we could spray off, grocery store was walking distance, house was well supplied with pots and pans, and the kids loved the bunk beds.

Bring your own pillow, shampoo, bath soap, toilet paper and tissues. Bathing items not provided. Paper and tissues too thin to be effective. Knowing what I know I would come back. Reviewer Comments: Clean. beachfront. however, landscaping has been ignored. lower bedrooms view of the beach and Haystack Rock totally obscured by overgrown foilage. Shoots are above the upper deck. Grille cover in tatters (should just throw it away). Construction next door left sawdust on car. Something needs to be done about that.

Could use a new toaster, but I don’t think I have any complaints more serious than that. A rental is never 100% of what we are used to at home. That said, can you walk down a somewhat easy path from house straight to the beach? We could! We walked to Haystack or Jockey Cap every day. Can’t beat that! And it is dog friendly. 👍👍

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and our dogs loved our trip to the beach. The house had plenty of space and all accommodations were comfortable, though the upstairs (main level) chairs are very worn on the bottoms. Beds were comfy and we had no issue with the pillows. TP wasn't a concern either (not sure why someone mentioned that). The home's path to the beach is jagged, rocky and the vegetation was massively overgrown. My dad actually fell on the rocks going down, so be careful. Other than that, we were really happy.The home was clean and everything was well-stocked in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Lots of windows with amazing views everywhere. Super close to bars and places to eat.
