If you want the best, in our opinion, place to enjoy Sedona this is the place - excellent location for everything, incredible view, quiet, perfectly decorated for the area -- can't say enough on how much we enjoyed this property.

This rental was in a fantastic location. Close to everything but it was very quiet and secluded. The furnishings are very attractive and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The views were beautiful. A couple of mornings we had quite a few javelinas visiting which was really fun to see. And the hot tub was wonderful! Didn’t use the cold plunge as it was too cool and rainy when we were there. The listing does not mention an iron and ironing board so we brought an iron with us but it does have both. Only 1 negative that would make us take away a tiny percentage of a star is the mattress in the one bedroom was extremely hard. If we ever get to Sedona again, and I hope we do, this will be the place!

We really enjoyed this home and it was the perfect location. It was very close to town but quiet and peaceful. It was clean and well supplied. The hot tub was very relaxing in the evening after hiking.

Had a great time, the location was very convenient (once we figured out the correct turn off) and the views were amazing. We were very grateful to be able to bring our dog and just relax, have the calming getaway we were looking for!

Home is accurately described in the listing. Yard is a work in progress. However, the house is clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Easy access to Sedona. It is in a secluded area but 2 minutes from the main road and less than 2 miles from the downtown area. We would stay here again.
