We comply with Rancho Mirage requirement, minimum rental, 28 consecutive days. (Ex: Rental arrival on Feb 1 requires departure Feb 28 or later.)
Guests agreement is required: HOA Regulations, Condo Guests Agreement, adult-to-adult "Golden Rules." (All w/be emailed; HOA Rules, downloaded.)

Flights are convenient, and the airport is an easy one to navigate.

The condo floor plan is spacious and convenient.
The King bedroom suite has two separate en-suite baths, two very large closets. Double doors. Desirable privacy.
