Escape to our stunning 3BR house, perfectly designed to bring the outdoors in. The open-concept living space combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room, bathing you in natural light courtesy of the abundance of skylights. As you step into the master bedroom, you'll be treated to a king-sized bed, a smart TV, and an elegant ensuite bathroom.

The other two bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, ensuring a comfortable retreat for your loved ones. But the real pièce de résistance is outside, where you'll discover a breathtaking new deck with a sparkling pool and built-in spa. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a barbecue area, sink, and mini fridge, making it the perfect spot for alfresco dining. The outdoor dining area features electric awnings to keep you shaded during the hot summer days.

As the sun sets, gather around the modern concrete fire pit and enjoy a cozy evening under the stars. The adjacent outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxing and taking in the peaceful surroundings. And when you're looking for some friendly competition, head to the garage where you'll find a brand-new pool table.

Family vacations to Universal studio

Pool was amazing kids had a ball, bbq was on point, plenty of space room.need tv in all rooms.need more towels in house. Only have 5. There is beeping in the front gate if you keep windos open you can here. Need more trash bags amd toilet paper. We stay for 5 nights. Other than its definitely a 5 star. Out side lights in back yard dont work. That would have neen great at night.

Thank you Jessica for your response - We loved to host you and hope to see you again. We fixed the beep in the gate, it was the spare battery for the gate that needed to be replaced. We also accept your feedback about the toilet paper and garbage begs.

Good stay but not great.

House was really good, spacious and beautiful. Day of check in we received communication from the property manager with details about the property. That communication included at notification of an additional fee to heat the pool and hot tub, this fee was not outlined in the posting anywhere and VRBO was unable to find anything. Property manger informed VRBO they would reach out to us direct to “work it out”. Long story short, they heated the pool 2 days for us. This left a bad taste in our mouth.

We appreciate your perspective; however, we believe there may have been some miscommunication regarding the pool heating fee. The fee is clearly detailed in both the House Rules and Amenities sections of the listing, and we’re surprised to hear about your surprise at check-in, as this information has been consistently provided to all our guests. In over a year of hosting, we have not encountered similar concerns. While we understand that misunderstandings can happen we acknowledge that and took the cost, still - we’re disappointed that this was the primary focus of your feedback, especially considering that the fee was clearly stated beforehand and was not charged after your stay. We truly value your input and will take steps to ensure clearer communication in the future, aiming to prevent any similar issues for our upcoming guests. Thank you again for your stay and your feedback.
