Recently connected fresh town water supply. 10 min drive to George Town,Laundrette 5 min drive, short drive to public beaches.Two 2/3 seat kayaks for your free use.....

We had a wonderful stay here. 3 Little Birds was just the right sort of place for us - quiet, spacious, well laid out, and right on the water. The property was quite clean, and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed for our food preparation during our stay. The decorations and artwork were lovely. The house is far enough away (and shielded by trees) from the nearest neighbors, that we never felt crowded or intruded upon.Josh (the local host) responded quickly on WhatsApp on the few occasions I reached out to him, and was always helpful.Having a kayak available was a plus - we paddled down to the "blue hole" a couple of times and looked at the jellyfish along the shore, and then up to the mangroves to watch the local night herons stalking for fish.

We stayed at Three Little Birds for nine nights. The location is amazing. It’s beautiful and peaceful. We brought our paddle boards with us and went out every day. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning as well as the sunsets. The house is spacious and was comfortable for 8 people. We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely house, spacious living area for family to share with amazing view. Well located 20 minutes from Blue restaurant (expensive but must go) and Tropic of Cancer beach (must go) and 16 minutes Georgetown where market is located. Rooms each equipped with individual AC units. View from house to the sea is breathtaking. Literally your backyard sea, you can walk 2-3 miles (in both low and high tides) to islands right in front. Sunrise and sunset reading, BBQs or just laying on sun chairs is amazing. Kitchen with plenty of cooking tools. Enjoy your stay.

Great place for the price

Great place to stay for a budget friendly stay. Some items in the house (kitchen esp) need updating but we had everything we needed and the water outside the place is a great place to explore.

Outstanding location

We enjoyed the house very much. It was a family vacation and everyone had a good time. The location is beautiful- right on the water where we enjoyed both beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The layout of the house was also very good.

We had a wonderful ten days at Three Little Birds on Bonefish Flats. The location is ideal in the middle of the island with easy access to Georgetown and Little Exuma. Can’t wait to return.

Great location and views. We saw several fish right off the steps in the water, including barracuda and crabs! We had trouble with the living area AC not working and it didn’t get fixed until the last day of our stay. The house could have been a bit cleaner. We had some snacks that were eaten by mice and saw several droppings. Overall a good stay, but the house could have been made more comfortable with some general cleaning and a few more amenities, like extra towels for a weeks stay. Each person was given 1 towel to last the entire week. We had to buy toilet paper and dish soap, too.

Thank you for your review very pleased you generally enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately one of the living room ac stopped working but everything was done to repair and keep it going to the extent that the A/C man came to top up when needed, everything on Exuma has to be imported there are no Wallmart type stores. Regards any mice in the house it is always best to keep all food off the work surfaces as that will encourage them. I do not say that soap etc is provided I leave day to day requirements to the guests. We make sure that toilet rolls are initially available. However again I am very pleased you enjoyed your stay. Thank you.

Really loved this house, very spacious and well laid out. I thought the double beds might be an issue but they were just fine. House was clean and the location was perfect. Loved our home away from home so much! The owner was responsive and helpful. The home had a beautiful view and doc to swim/kayak right out! Enjoyed coffee out on the deck daily! The beds could have been a little more comfortable/larger for some guests to sleep better. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Great Location with Amazing View

Loved our stay! House is very centrally located which allows quick access to all the great beaches. Even with a house next door was very private and quiet! Layout of the house is great - nice and open. The view over the water is amazing. Enjoyed kayaking and walked to sand bar at low tide.

Amazing place for value

Wake up to beautiful views and the serenity everyone is searching for. A group of sailors came in for the regatta and stayed here and they loved it! Perfect for a larger group of people who want a bit of a getaway from the rustle and bustle. Not to mention they have everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Paradise does exist!

We stayed at the three little birds from august 1st to august 8 2023…and we had an amazing vacation! the location and the views at the ocean are incredible. The house have all you need for coveniences, it’s very clean and confortable. Once again thank you and we are hoping to come back.
