What a wonderful place! This La Jolla gem was so quaint, charming, and incredibly clean. The property was very well stocked with everything we needed, and we felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived.We especially loved how private it felt. Being able to park right in front of the unit was so convenient, and the gated patio entrance added an extra sense of privacy and security. There are also two patio tables where you can sit outside and enjoy the beautiful La Jolla weather.The location was fantastic—just a short 5–7 minute walk to the water. And the views… WOW! Absolutely beautiful!All the way around, this was an amazing short-term rental and such a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and will definitely be booking another visit! Highly recommend!

Short stay in LaJolla

We had a greet stay. Close to the beach and lots of great walking trails in the area.Also very nice restaurants.If we have any negative it would be the water pressure in the shower. And maybe parking around the downtown area. We will be back.

La Jolla Stay

The Pros: The place was newly renovated and nice. Good size bedroom and living room. Galley kitchen with nice amenities. Proximity (2 blocks) to Windansea beach was great, easy walk straight down to the water! Very nice neighborhood for casual walks. Ample street parking, normally close by the house.The Cons: Very small bathroom. Not close enough to walk to restaurants or cafes. No BBQ available. Lack of salt and pepper was a bummer, even though they had shakers on the counter. Front gate was a pain to open due to it getting stuck and had to lower a shoulder into it (easy to fix though), ended up primarily using back door.

This is a very clean, compact, wonderfully located duplex just a block off the beach. The home is small, but it has everything you need. My wife and I stayed a few days. The kitchen was fully stocked and the appliances were all pretty new. The bathroom is tight, but completely functional and recently renovated. We used the streaming services on the TV easily enough. We had a dog, and the courtyard was great. I was able to be in the house and he could lounge outside. We could easily see coming back for another stay.
