Located right next to Douglas Lake in Sevierville, this beautiful, well-kept gem is only minutes away from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, yet far enough away to enjoy some privacy away from it all.

Park in the spacious driveway and enter through the front door up the stairs to be greeted by your comfortable living room, featuring its own flat screen TV, plenty of seating, and access to the wrap-around porch, perfect for relaxing on in your rocking chairs while the sun sets.

Head back to the kitchen area to find plenty of dining seating for everyone, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, outfitted with everything needed to make your next memorable meal. A conveniently placed half bathroom/laundry room is located next to the kitchen, as well as a main-level queen bedroom with its own bathroom.

Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom, with its own queen bed, full bathroom, and flat screen TV.

False advertisement

House was nice and all but it clearly says there is a private boat ramp in the listing which is not true and thats the reason i chose the property so now i have to spend 2 hours a day getting my boat to and from the boat launch which cost me significantly more money and when i asked them about it they said oh well pretty muchsign
