North Street Nook! This freshly renovated home is located less than a half mile to town, giving you the perfect balance of privacy and being in the heart of Dock Square!

This truly stunning home has a fenced in back yard for pets and children, and of course corn hole is provided! The back patio offers a great outdoor space with a gas grill. For those beach days, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided!

Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen, living room, den, dining room, sunroom, and screened in porch on the first floor! Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. June through September there are window units around the home to provide AC for those breaks from the sun!

Maine isn't only known for our summers! This home is the perfect location for Maine's beauty all year-round being just a 10 minute walk to all Christmas Prelude activities!

KPT in August

My family of 4 stayed in this wonderful home located close to Dock Square, the center of KPT. The home was clean and comfy. When we weren't at the beaches or exploring town, we enjoyed the fire-pit and flower garden. The driveway was a bit concerning as the home is on a main road; you just have to have adequate time to back into it as pulling out facing forward is way easier and safer. Thanks to Coastline for a great stay and keeping lines of communication open.

Wonderful home that is walking distance to town. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful as needs came up. Check in was a breeze. The home was spotless. Air conditioning units were set up in the bedrooms and two living spaces which was so helpful. Overall, we had a great experience.

Beautifully decorated home, very clean, 10 minute walk from Dock Square. It was very comfortable for our family of 4 and our dog. Booking was a very smooth process, Brenda was fabulous with answering our questions. Great experience all around and enjoyable stay!

Another Perfect Maine Week

Coastline took care of us again in our return stay to this charming historic home in downtown Kennebunkport. Our stay was perfect. Mornings on the screened in porch having coffee, days at the beach, using the hose outdoors to take the sand off and making great dinners to each on the back patio. The AC Units kept us cool on a hot week and we slept well on the beds! This is the perfect house for a family with three separate sitting rooms to read, play board games or watch a family movie in the evening. The house is perfectly located on the edge of downtown, so you can walk to coffee or dinner but are not in the middle of the crowds. Whenever we had questions, Coastline would text us back immediately. The house is well stocked with beach chairs and cozy beach towels. PERFECT Maine Beach vacation.

Great time in Kenebunkpot

Great location and a very comfortable place to enjoy our time in Kenebunkport. The home was well kept and within walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants downtown.

Fantastic location, clean and overall comfortable. This house is a very quick walk to Dock Square, very clean, slightly smaller than the pictures portray (but still plenty of space), very comfortable (except for the queen bed) and private. The only drawbacks are the traffic noise in the front bedroom and having only one small shower. We would stay here again.

PERFECT beach week. The house has thoughtful finishes and was in great condition and the AC Units worked perfectly to keep the house cool on a hot week. The backyard with umbrella and lawn furniture was a heavenly place to sit and read.

Very nice property…..excellent property management. Their house is nicely outfitted….extemely well done interior design. We came with our Cairn Terrier who loved the fenced back yard. He didn’t want to come home. Good access to downtown.The property management gets five stars for communication

Christmas Prelude

We stayed during the 1st weekend of the Christmas Prelude. The house worked out wonderfully. We only used 1 living area (there are 3) and each so cute. My only 'complaint' is there is no coffee or any condiments (salt, pepper, etc) supplied. So after a 2000 mile drive we had to go get coffee!. We stayed 6 nights. Comfy, adjustable bed. Close to town!
