Great location and wonderful views. There are alot of trees around the pool which is nice but be prepared to skim the pool often . Property managers are very responsive to anything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, great communication with management

We just got back from our stay. We had 5 kids with us. All of the kids stayed on the bottom floor, which has 3 bedrooms. The 2nd floor is the kitchen, living room. 3rd floor is the master. We definitely got our steps in! The pool backyard is nice. The pool was a bit dirty when we got there but it had just rained a good bit so I'm sure thats why. I emailed and they had someone.there cleaning it within the hour. The location is great. Short drive to Pier Park and a quick walk across the street to beach. We enjoyed our stay!

We had had over 6 inches of rain in the previous 72 hours prior to your arrival. We also had the palm trees trimmed. The pool vendors cannot clean in those conditions. We immediately got the pool cleaned as soon as weather permitted. Some of this was because we allowed an early check in, which, maybe we should not have done if it resulted in a less than 5 star review.
