One of the smoothest experiences we've had! Great hosts that kept in contact with us to make everything was great. The property is fantastic; plenty of privacy and space for the family. Fantastic views all around, and walkable distance to a great restaurant. Will stay again!

We had a wonderful stay during USAFA parents weekend. The property is in a beautiful setting — close to memorable activities like the Pikes Peak Cog Railway and yet quiet and peaceful. We loved the mountain view from the family room patio. The house is full of character and made for a comfortable retreat for our family of five. We took the hosts up on their suggestion to walk to Wines of Colorado, where we had a great lunch. We also had some excellent meals in Woodland Park, just up the mountain, especially at Boards and Barrels. The management company was wonderful to work with — responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The host was very kind. It was a beautiful rustic cabin with amazing views. Had a nice kitchen with a gas stove. The patio was particular highlight. All together, a nice, cozy, quiet getaway.

This beautiful cabin set in the side of the mountain is just terrific. Spotless inside with beautiful attention to detail in all woodwork, flooring, and furniture. Kitchen was fully equipped and washer/ dryer are relatively new. Easy self check in via the lockbox. Quiet, quiet neighborhood. We so enjoyed all the outdoor patios and decks. We even found ourselves watching the night sky as the sun set and night came on. Many stars, but the satellite viewing was over the top. We so enjoyed our stay - there were 5 of us, and we all have the same opinion. An added benefit is that the cabin is only about 5-10 min from the Pikes Peak access road entrance.

The cabin is old and creaky in a cool way- so much personality! Located between the Springs and Green Mountain Falls- lots to do in that area. Thank you for sharing your special place with us! Host communication was excellent!

The cabin is an amazing rustic feel cabin with all the modern amenities of home (dishwasher, stove fridge washer dryer - all new(er) appliances. Love the coffee nook and the central family gathering area in the middle of the second floor. Easy access to hiking right out the front door! Great place for a medium sized family.

Fantastic Getaway!

This place was absolutely amazing!! Best place we've ever booked online. Nestled in the woods/mountains, but still close to all the hiking, biking, activities, restaurants, etc we wanted to check out. Couldn't help but relax. Very comfortable, rustic feel. The hosts made it all easy. We will book again in a heartbeat when we make it back to CO. I will miss having my morning coffee on the back deck taking in the view. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Location with Colorado Feel

We absolutely loved our stay at Cozinook! The location was perfect-- only a 15-20 minute drive to most all places we planned to visit during our stay--however we still had that "mountain" Colorado feel we were looking for. The cabin had great character, and you can hear the creek running from the back patio area while drinking your morning coffee!! The kids loved the loft area, and all the outdoor spaces. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of fans available for the warmer afternoons. The Hosts were super quick to respond when we had questions. Check out requests/process from the hosts was the easiest I have ever encountered when renting a home--it was wonderful to not have much "extra" to do before leaving. Parking was limited, however it worked for us with only having one vehicle to park. There are also quite a few stairs; again, not a problem for our family to navigate but do keep this in mind if you are traveling with young kiddos or older adults who may struggle with stairs. We are excited to stay at Cozinook again when we visit the mountains next year. 10/10 would recommend!
