Great spot to escape light and noise pollution. Clean, spacious, great outdoor firepit - perfect for a group that wants to enjoy each others company. I especially loved that we had the tools needed to cook large meals! We didn't have great weather, but that didn't stop us from enjoying the area. The blueberry picking, provided s'more ingredients and maple gifts were an added bonus :) Also, I could bring our pup which is always so appreciated.
We had a wonderful stay! We really appreciated the complimentary food items that were left for us, including coffee, maple syrup, and smores ingredients. It made us feel welcomed and right at home. The accommodations were spacious and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
We took advantage of the campfire outside and enjoyed making smores under the stars. There were also games provided and a smart tv that kept us entertained during our stay. Despite the secluded location, we were only a short 30-minute drive away from our destinations.
Even though there was no internet service, the wifi connection was reliable enough for us to stay connected when needed. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, nature-filled getaway.
We needed a place for our family to stay to visit Great Grandpa who is 99. We came from NH, CT, Washington, and Yokohama. I was surprised to find something in this area on VRBO. Brownington is not a booming metropolis although it has grown since I taught there in 1968 and became part of the Davignon family two years later. I was delighted when we actually saw the property. There was plenty of room for all. There were surprises left for us. We have frequently booked through VRBO and found that we needed extra paper goods or something! There was nothing we needed in this rental. Everything was provided. It truly felt like home. We are very grateful to have spent some time together there. This is close to ATV trails and I am betting winter lovers would be in heaven here. I would highly recommend this property!
