The property photos are deceptive

Let me start with some good things about the property. The property is located in a very nice neighborhood. The house is big enough to accommodate 2-3 families.There are a bunch of maintenance issues with the house. All the bathroom locks are broken. One of the bathrooms is missing a sliding door for the shower. So, it can't be used to take shower. Basketball hoop and ping pong table are not in good condition.When we brought all of this issues to the property manager they provided a very lousy response. It seems they are not interested in resolving any of the issues.
