Nestled between Peaks 8 and 9, Grand Timber Lodge offers the perfect balance of mountain adventure and quiet relaxation. Just steps from the Snowflake Chairlift, guests can easily access the slopes or explore downtown Breckenridge via the resort’s complimentary shuttle.

The two-bedroom villa combines alpine charm with modern comfort, ideal for families or groups.

The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, dresser, flat-screen TV, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The guest bedroom is a lock-off suite which includes a queen bed, sleeper sofa, and its own ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination. The convenient kitchenette in this room is equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and basic dishes and utensils—perfect for light meals or morning coffee.

At the heart of the villa, the main living area welcomes you with a cozy gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and flat-screen TV. The adjoining dining area seats six comfortably, while the full kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for three. A washer and dryer in the villa add the finishing touch of convenience.
