Casa De Sueños- Tranquil Oasis + Plunge Pool

Unwind in our inviting dipping pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on warm days. Lounge on the hammock under the shade of umbrellas, listening to the gentle rustle of leaves in the breeze. The well-appointed living space is designed for relaxation, and the kitchenette is ready for your culinary creations. Venture out to explore the nearby attractions of St. Petersburg, from cultural landmarks to beautiful beaches, and return to your private haven for a peaceful evening under the stars.

*The guest house is located behind another private entrance. Please use the back road to access the studio. *

All guests will be greeted with a complimentary chilled bottle of wine, two bath robes, embroidered beach towels, a beach umbrella, x2 foldable chairs, and a beach bag to use throughout your stay!

The open-concept layout includes a cozy king size bed, 4K TV screen and pristine bathroom. Outside, you'll discover your own private paradise. Take a refreshing dip in the inviting plunge pool, surrounded by white seashells, lush greenery, and swaying palm trees. The spacious backyard is ideal for lounging in the sun, or simply unwinding with a good book laying on the hammock.

Check-In:
Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a keyless entry system code for the front door. Upon arrival you may let yourself in and make yourself comfortable!

Uber/Parking/ Drop Off:
If you are arriving from the airport or bringing a car, please use the back road of the main entrance. You may park your vehicle on the driveway of the studio with the turquoise trim for the duration of your stay.

Food delivery service:
Please be sure to specify delivery instructions to be dropped off in the back of residence, when staying in the studio. The host is not responsible.

House Rules:
-NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOUSE
*Ashtray provided in outdoor patio, please be respectful for non smokers*
-Outside quiet hours are from 11pm-7am
-NO house parties or events
-Be considerate of your neighbors

Pet Rules:
Pet Fee: $50 per pet per day (non-negotiable)
*Maximum 1 pet total, max weight 100 pounds for dog.*
-It is the guests responsibility for you to pick-up after your own pet.
-NO digging or damages to the backyard and pool area.
-NO damages or stains on any furniture inside from your pet.
*Failure to pick-up after your own pet will result in a $100 pick-up charge- no exceptions!*
*Any items missing from the property and furniture damages will result in a damage charge- no exceptions!*

Check Out Requirements:
-Check out is at 11am
-Strip all used bedding, towels, blankets and place in your laundry basket
-Make sure to close all windows and turn off all the lights in the house
-Take out all trash and throw away in any of the black bins outside

Pool Rules:
All plunge pool rules are posted by the back patio door (see below).
-NO sand and tanning oils from your body before entering the pool.
-NO animals allowed in the pool
-NO food or drinks near pool area
-NO glassware or bottles near pool area
-NO smoking in the pool or near the pool area
-NO lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
-Pool and umbrella covers are to be put back on after each use

*First Aid Kit, and Fire Blankets + basic cleaning supplies are under kitchen sink*
