Wonderful cozy spot in a great location! The room is perfect for a couple - just the right amount of space. I’d highly recommend getting a spot with a kitchen - we used ours a ton!
The property was very convenient to the Fall River entrance of RMNP. I loved the stream outside! I had the windows open all the time so I could hear it even when I wasn't sitting in the Adirondak chairs next to it. The studio itself was very cozy. Perfect for a solo trip.
Very good communication with the property. Easy check in. Overall it was pretty clean. The rug in the kitchen area was stained and a few stains on the carpet. The bathroom sink drained very slow so you had water sitting in the bowl for awhile. The view was beautiful! Wished they had a king size bed which they had plenty of room for one.

Shower needs as slip mat, tolit paper was the craziest to I've ever seen, recycle/tan colored.Rug (runner rug) in front of kitchen sink, looks like some gave birth on it , but they ask you to take off your shoes??? And There is two flights of stairs to enter the room that has a fire door that slams shut on you if you happen to blink,,, over all its better than a tent.No smoking fyi
Wed definitely stay again! The location was great - like 5 minutes to the park entrance - and a beautiful little balcony overlooking a creek for peaceful mornings. Had everything we needed for a Basecamp for our RMNP adventures. They have a little bit of an annoying check in/out process where you have to go to the property management office like 10-15 minutes away for keys, but communication and directions were accurate and it didn't make or break our experience.
I really appreciated the prompt response from the folks when we had a small issue with keys! They folks were fabulous! We were able to resolve it quickly and we a tremendous rest of our stay. The studio was exactly as the listing was on VRBO. Would definitely stay here again!
Location great for NP.Beautiful area on river.Studio was sufficient for cooking/ sleeping/ bathroom.Except- very limited on towels. 3 towels for 6 nights stay. ?? Swim pool privileges??Screen door needs major fixing-I believe noted by prior renter as well.

Our stay was wonderful. After finally gaining access the apartment was unprepared for guest. We arrived after hours and followed the instructions to obtain the key at the office and the lock box would not recognize our code. The staff responded and gave a code for a key back at the apartment and then we discovered the apartment was dirty. We cleaned the floors, the pots and silverware which had food on them. We opened the door and discovered the screen was torn. Inspected the bedding and discovered bodily fluid stains. The shower head was not properly attached causing water to spray out of the shower. Towels had been improperly or not washed at allFound a place to wash the sheets and returned back to the apartment to go to bed. Next afternoon, returned back to the office to get keys and obtain new linens and towels which they provided. Told them about the incident but no response. Later sent video and told them I wanted to discuss after my trip.I cannot add photos because the pictures of the stains would not be family friendly. Send me another email to upload a video if you want evidence.Rest of the week was great.
We loved this place. Could see the river from the balcony or take a short walk to sit right next to the river. Decent size room. Check in was super easy. Far enough away from town to be secluded, but just a short drive to Estes.
What a wonderful weekend getaway... we had the upstairs unit, right on the river. Didn't use the deck much as the lure of the riverside Adirondack chairs was far too tempting. We made use of the gas grills both nights, too. A welcomed amenity. Room was rustically appointed as shown in the photos and while the kitchen was small, everything worked. There was even some ice in the freezer for us. Bed was confortable and the showers had decent pressure and plenty of hot water. Will likely return in the fall for some fishing and critter-peeping in the park.
It was along the Fall River, which was beautiful and very peaceful listening to the river running by. Was able to see elk from our balcony and mule deer along the river. Great spot, 1 mile from the park entrance and 3 miles from downtown shopping. Would stay again.
This was such a clean and comfortable little place! It was so much better than a hotel for the week. The kitchen area was convenient and had everything I needed. It was exactly what was shown in the listing. My favorite area was the stream behind the property, and the deck off of the studio. It was what I needed to disconnect and have coffee and breakfast in the morning and some local wine at night! And there were no bugs! The only snag was that the previous renters put the key back in the wrong lockbox. I was able to reach property management and get the key no problem. If I ever go back to Colorado, I would definitely rent this unit again! It is perfect for a solo traveler!
