Come enjoy this cozy condo that faces a freshwater pond with a fountain. Enjoy the convenience of a 2 minute walk to the beach and less than a one a minute walk to the Intracoastal sound to see the beautiful sunsets. Ocean front pool access and 2 blocks to the beach access. This is a first floor unit not ground floor.
