The apartment is situated in one of the most exclusive areas in Rome it is located in a strategic position because allows you to reach the most important attractions of the city in just a few moments to foot with metro and bus- It is a few minutes walk from the entrance to the famous Vatican Museum, the BASILICA DI SAN PIETRO , BORGO PIO, and the CASTLE OF of SAINT'ANGELO,and a few minutes to walk from CAMPO DEI FIORI, PIAZZA NAVONA, AND PIAZZA DEL POPOLO . With one STOP bus or ONLY 1 METRO STOPS you can visit other well-known and interesting sites, including PIAZZA DI SPAGNA, the PANTHEON,FORO ROMANO ,THE COLOSSEO, etc.In spite of the apartment being located in the centre of the city, the surroundings are unusually quiet and peaceful, with a front view of the walls of the Vatican CITY and a back view overlooking a caratteristical garden. At the same time it is in animated area, with many restaurants,pizzerie, wine bars, pubs, discotheques, cinema, shops, etc. You will be supplied with maps of the city, telephone numbers and addresses of various restaurants. In addition you will be provided with all the necessary items for the preparation of breakfast.

The apartment is located in a two-storey antique palazzo in Liberty style and is completely renovated and elegantly furnished. It consists of:

-a large sitting-room, with a dining area and a divan-bed that can comfortably accommodate two persons + one single bed.THE LIVING ENVIRONMENT ALLOWS YOU TO HAVE AN ISOLATED FROM THE REST OF THE APARTMENT IN FACT CLOSING THE DOOR OF THE DOOR OF THE HALLWAY AND KITCHEN IS COMING TO CREATE AN 'OTHER REAL BEDROOM .
-a double bedroom (KING SIZE BED)
-a completely equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, washing and dish washing machines, iron and ironing table, microwave)
-a beautiful bathroom with shower

Other items include bed-linen and towels, air-conditioning. Central heating, AIR CONDITIONING,television, stereo, DVD, and hair-dryer. On request, and included in the rent, a cot, push chair, nappie-changer,and bottle-heater will be provided for our small guests.The
area is very central with many inhabitants and therefore provided with
shops of all types, including a grocery store AND BIG OPEN MARKET. A car is certainly not
required.



How to get there:
From Fiumicino Airport take the train that will bring you to the main Terminal Station, from where you should take the underground to the station of Cipro Musei Vaticani or Ottaviano alls near the apartment.
From Ciampino Airport, take the shuttle bus to the Anagnina Metro Station, and from there take the metro the the station of Cipro Musei Vaticani or Ottaviano ,alls near the apartment.

All services provide for guests to wait for an hour starting from the arrival time agreed with the customer. After an hour of waiting, a single supplement of €7 will be applied
If, due to the delay, you switch to the evening/night rate, the cost relating to the time slot in which the service will take place will be applied + €7 for the accumulated delay.
Late communication of change of check-in time by the guest
If the companion is forced to leave the apartment and then return at a later time due to a significant delay or a change in time not previously communicated, the service will be charged double. Any surcharges relating to the time slots will be applied to the second intervention.
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Behaviour: Guests are expected to behave in a civil manner, in the respect of the whole building and neighborhood, avoiding loud noise, and any other behaviour which may disturb or damage. No noise is allowed after 21 hr. The property is destined only to the agreed people; nobody else has the right to be there.
