quiet nest

The studio was fine and the terrace was great. And miraculously it was quiet. The location was wonderful.The plumbing though left something to be desired, otherwise I'd have said 5 stars

Great location, cute apartment

This apartment was in a great location, very cute, a great deal for the cost. The reason I took 1 start off, is because the hot water in the shower lasts literally 1 minute. We asked for this to be fixed, but it couldn't. The host did give us a key to the apartment next door, but we were only able to use that shower on our last day. If the hot water lasted 5 minutes, this would be a 5 star place.

Lovely accommodation, great location

In the centre of the historic area. Short walk to ancient sites, bars, restaurants, Vatican and beautiful churches. Accommodation was clean, cosy, comfortable with lovely outdoor area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Short stay with great location

Pier was very kind in accomodating our check in allowing for luggage to be stored early. Great location for people that just want a spot to sleep. Even enjoyed the balcony.

A basic apartment with a wonderful terrace. Good enough bed, kitchen and bathroom. The location is the main highlight, being just minutes walk to most everything. We loved it

A cute space in a fantastic location

This apartment is a little bit rough around the edges but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the balcony was a fabulous addition to the holiday. It's in a great location – with all the major tourist attractions within walking distance. Our host Pier was helpful and communicative.

Fascinating tiny apartment with history.

This apartment is tiny but has what you need. I stayed alone (79 yr old woman) for 5 days. I didn’t cook so can’t address that. Extremely comfortable bed, lovely little terrace, adequate bathroom. It’s a studio, so don’t expect a sofa or easy chairs. The location is ideal, there is absolutely zero street noise, the heat/ac is excellent, and the elevator works perfectly. The owner was or is a scholar of history—lots of books in Italian and German. There are interesting Knick-knacks and wall art. It could easily be 5 stars if the carpet were replaced. But then it would cost more.
