My family of 6 adults and 2 young kids stayed early July and had such a great stay. I love love love the layout of this cabin- there is the main living space in the center, with 2 separate sides (each side has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, and 1 shower/tub). This gave everyone their own space. There is no central AC, but there was a window unit on each side which kept it cool if we kept the doors open and the fans on in the main space. We were worried about the heat going into high 80’s all week, but it truly was no issue having the window AC units and being on a concrete slab. The lake/dock is a couple flights of steps down from the cabin, so bring a big tote bag to bring your stuff down to dock to avoid going back and forth. The water was perfect! Lily pads at the shore line, but we swam at the end of dock and it was waist deep for us adults at the dock end. Perfect temp water and quite clear. Fun lake with friendly people. Our kids loved hanging on the dock and swimming. There is a solo stove on the back deck for bonfires. Note, there is no railing on the deck if you have kids, but this was not an issue for us. There is not flat yard area out back, but we enjoyed yard games in the front side of the cabin. The cabin is a 1 min drive to the boat landing. Dustin from the property management company was excellent to communicate with. Great cabin, great lake, and would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautiful property on a nice calm lake. This is the second time visiting this property and we really like it obviously. The only negative things is that there was not AC in all the bedrooms. The ad states that you have to bring your own towels, but at this price point it is something that is expected.

Loon Landing stay in Spooner

Our stay at Loon Landing was great. The place is really nice, was really clean, and has a nice view of the lake. We had 4 couples all together in our group and it had plenty of space for 8 people to move around without getting in each others way. The four bathrooms w/ two showers worked out well for us, and we really enjoyed the deck out back and the patio out front. Lots of wildlife in the area to look at, alot of deer and turkeys. We found a great breakfast cafe about 10 miles up County Hwy H. I think our entire group enjoyed their stay, and we would try rent again if in the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Property was clean and comfortable! Layout was perfect for our group of 10. The kitchen, dining area, and deck were spacious enough for group meals and gathering. Host was very responsive to any questions. Only negative was the stairs down to the water were difficult with individuals with physical barriers. Water was crystal clear with hard sand bottom, some weeds. A rake at the shoreline would be nice for those who want to clean the swimming area. Need to post that charcoal and fluid aren't provided for Webber grill. Lake size was great for tubing and skiing and boat launch was close by. Overall lake was very quiet with limited boating traffic and well maintained cabins. Our group enjoyed our summery stay!
