This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! Charming Creekside home that was clearly cared for. Everything we needed was there. And the spaces were perfect for hosting friends and family. Oh, and the kids loved the kayaks. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the central Pennsylvania area.

I would highly recommend the Creek house in Boilings Springs! The property is spectacular… very peaceful and in a beautiful location.The house was spotless and accommodated our needs completely. Stacey was an excellent hostess responsive when I ask a few questions. Definitely a five star experience!

The property was amazing and just as described. The host was very gracious and accepting of some extenuating circumstances. The kayaks were well maintained as well and, overall, the house and property were beautifully maintained and in great condition. Thank you again for allowing us to stay there. Fantastic stay away from home! This home has everything you could possibly need! Wine opener? Yes! Towels and wash cloths galore? Yes! One of the very best homes I’ve stayed in! The house was homey yet spacious with lots of places to slip away from family during the stay. The small deck from the first floor bedroom was my favorite. Saw deer just about every morning. I’m not sure who scared who! Would give a 6 out of 5 if I could!

Everything you would want and need to enjoy your stay in this area. Clean and as advertised! Great communication with great recommendations for local food. Beautiful views. We watched the fireflies at night off the deck—would highly recommend. I’ve never seen fireflies and feel they are magical!!!

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was spotless, nicely maintained, outfitted with every comfort, and even better than the photos. The Creekfront Nature Retreat is a lovely home with a spectacular location. We had especially good weather so the fire ring and kayaks were well used. The S'mores makings were an unexpected treat. The kitchen had everything we needed, and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

This property and location is absolutely lovely. We had a mini-family reunion and it was perfect for lounging and accommodating everyone. Everything was clean, well appointed, and as stated in the listing. Stacey was super easy to get ahold of when needed and offered great recommendations for dinners, etc. The only thing I would mention is that if you have members of your group that stay up late/get up early, the upstairs bedrooms do not have doors (open air/chalet style into the living room) and the lights/sounds can filter into the rooms and may make it a bit difficult to get to sleep early/sleep in. Would definitely book again if we're in the area!

Family vacation

My husband and I wanted time with our 3 adult children and one fiancé. The house had room for all of us to have time together and have separate moments. We enjoyed breakfast at the house overlooking the water. Dinners together and so many memories were made.

Beautiful home right on the River!

Phenomenal home that’s been renovated and expanded. Beautiful setting right on the Yellow Breeches Creek. Our only regret is now staying long enough to enjoy the kayaks. Very clean and well appointed.

We had a spectacular time at the property. It was extremely clean and comfortable with everything you could need and more! Didn’t think our teens would kayak, however the loved it, and had so much fun. It’s close to everything, yet far enough removed and peaceful. The beds were extremely comfortable, even more so than expected!!! Would absolutely book again without question.

Great weekend stay

This cottage was perfect for our weekend stay for a wedding in nearby Mechanicsburg. We had six people in our group - three adult couples. This three bedroom cottage had plenty of room for us. The location is very scenic and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the deck or in the screened-in porch and watching the wildlife. We saw a deer with her two babies and a variety of birds.We enjoyed hiking along the Appalachian Trail which runs right through Boiling Springs. However, I recommend the short drive to Pine Grove Furnace State Park where you can hike to the trail's halfway point.Unfortunately rain prevented us from enjoying the kayaks and firepit but we look forward to doing so on our next visit.

Yellow Breeches Creek

This is in a great location and wonderful water area. Kayaking was so peaceful. The house had washer and dryer which was very convenient. Dishwasher. Only use to Keurig so going back to a full pot was a little wasteful though. I wish I would have brought extra one to leave there. Bike there we enjoyed to so we could see the area around. Boiling springs is beautiful. So many things close by Stacey made me feel like I was home and she was part of my family. I’ve been telling everyone and recommending this place. We would stay again but longer next time.
