This was a fun stop on our vacation through Montana. Front porch was so relaxing and the Studmuffin Bakery next door for breakfast was a treat. The host was absolutely amazing.

The house was immaculate and well stocked. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided… everything from dishes and cups to cookware, towels and even coffee. Also a very nice location if you want to walk around town and enjoy the community.

Great big sunny place. Unfortunately, we weren’t there much during the week except sleep spending 1st few days in Missoula w family coming and eventually shifting to Lake Como (Wood’s Cabin) for my sons wedding.

This charming home definitely fit our travel needs and had everything you needed. I would actually give this home a 4.75. The only downfall was the road noise. This probably wouldn't bother most people, but we live rather remote and just aren't accustomed to it. I didn't realize how busy this little town would be, but what a cute little town it was. The coffee shop next door was great and walking to the Birch Tree for dinner was nice. Icing on the cake I discovered we were only about 5 minutes from where the TV series Yellowstone was filmed, so it was fun to see the property from the road. Love discovering little surprises like that.

Wanda I am so sorry the road noise bothered you . We are on Main St. but we have never had a complaint about the road noise . Speed limit is 25 so thats usually no issue but I am glad you really enjoyed your stay otherwise .

Great place!

This place was great for our visit to Darby to see my granddaughter graduate.This house has everything you need, the location is right in town, walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Beds were so comfortable and lots of room. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to stay here again!

March 2026: This is a newly remodeled and beautifully decorated home in the center of Darby. It provided our group with a short drive to ski at Lost Trail, followed up with a well-appointed kitchen to cook our meals. I would highly recommend this home as a great place to use for a home base while you explore Southwest Montana.

This property was a luxury stay. Every need was thought of taken care of. The remodel is top quality, everything is new. It’s just like it looks in the pictures. Would definitely stay here again. The owners were amazing and communicated wonderfully.

We cooked our meals in the very well appointed kitchen and watched Football - (Packers lost :(. Jennifer was AMAZING in accommodating us. Across the street was an awesome bakery - Studmuffins - the great place was thriving on the cake. Thank you!! Won’t look anywhere else in Darby!

Greatest Little Getaway

Felt like being home...

What an amazing place to stay! Exceptionally clean and well cared for. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for meal preparation. The beds were very comfortable. WiFi worked when we needed it... enjoyed my morning coffee on the porch.If we come back to Darby, this is where we will opt to stay

This was our second time staying in this house. It is a very clean home and so nicely decorated. The beds and bedding are top notch! You will find everything you need in the kitchen just bring food no need to bring anything else. If you don’t feel like cooking you are walking distance to a great restaurant and bar! 5 stars all around!
