This was our first time staying in the Beach Club Villa complex, and we couldn’t be more happy with 38! From covered parking to accessible beach access (big pluses for my mom in law), 38 had everything we needed to unplug and relax. Highlights included nightly deer sightings and the sand dune being so close - many memories made!
This was our second time staying in this unit. It's always been clean and well maintained. What we enjoy most about it is the screened in porch and the short walk to the beach. We will definitely book it again if it's available.

The property is tired. It is “surface” clean, but definitely needs a deep clean. We also arrived to be met with the parking lot torn up, and parking lot construction starting at 8:30am. Diggers, noise so loud the plantation shutters in our unit were rattling and walls shaking so much a picture fell off the wall. Even better, a beach reclamation project is underway directly in front of the unit. Every day we had to hike up the beach to find an undisturbed area. The bulldozers, pipes and contractors RV was directly in front of our units beach access point, so we had to walk the length of a football field to get around it. We were alerted to this pending beach construction only a few weeks before our trip giving us no time to find alternative vacation accommodations. The parking lot construction was not communicated to us at all. We have been staying at the Beach Villas for 7 years, in different units. This experience, was by far, the worst experience. This trip was planned many, many months ago - we were looking forward to a quiet, relaxing week at the beach, only to be met with noise, construction and inconvenience. Very disappointed.
