Loved our stay at this adorable cottage! Everything is well appointed and the beds were very comfortable! For six adults a bit more seating area in the living space would be welcomed but we made it work. Aaron was terrific with communication, the location was ideal, and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful home we stayed in for five nights while moving our niece into her apartment. The house was clean, updated, good neighborhood, the full kitchen was stocked & with newer appliances. The bedroom & full bathroom downstairs was a plus. Very comfortable home, nice layout of rooms, good parking in the rear of the home. Our small dog had a great stay & good walks in the nearby park. Aaron is an amazing host! He is very responsive, knows a lot about Morgantown & was very helpful during our stay. Morgantown Lux Retreat will be our choice when staying in town.

Perfect sleeping accommodations for our party of 6 adults. Plenty of parking and easy to find. The living room and kitchen areas were a little small for 6 but we only neded to hang out for breakfasts together.Check in was pretty easy and the host was very responsive & helpful when we had an issue with the front door lock.Overall I would highly recommend this place.

Aaron was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns (got back to me within minutes!). The house was perfect for my family. My son loved having the basement bed & bath for himself! It was an easy, short walk to the park for my dog. Cute house & nice neighborhood. We'll definitely try to stay again!

This home was exactly as listed in VRBO. It served our family of 5 perfectly. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the appliances and (non food) supplies needed and more.Host wad very accommodating when we had a pet sitting issue and had to add our dog. Dog park literally within 300 feet of front door. Plenty of parking. Very clean. Appreciated the easy and quick check out process, especially compared to other places. Would stay here again

Great house easy to get to all the areas in Morgantown! 7 minute drive to Oliverios and the wharf. Evansdale and Suncrest are a 2 minute drive. The host was great, easy checking and all the amenities you’d need.

This home worked very well for our visit to Morgantown. Unexpected bonuses were the lovely patio with beautiful evening views and the incredible location, even better than expected. We were just a few minutes from all parts of the WVU campus and all necessary stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was lovely, and the home was just a very short walk from a lovely park and community center area. Definitely recommend. Thanks for great communication!
