Up to 14 guests with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths of well appointed fully remodeled 4700 sf you will have all of the space you need to fully enjoy what this property has to offer, enjoy the private pool, play yard games or a relaxing walk around the fully fenced grounds.

We are 10 mins from the BEE CAVE Hill Country Galleria with Whole Foods & HEB for grocery shipping, only 30 mins from AUS-Austin-Bergstrom Airport, 40 mins from Circuit of the Americas COTA or 20 mins from Lake Travis / Lake Austin or 25 mins from Down Town Austin.

The neighborhood is surrounded by other beautiful homes and other large acreage estates to give you privacy within one of the best locations of Austin.
This is the perfect place for family or friends attending a wedding in the hill country, a weekend at of racing at Circuit of the Americas "COTA' race track, any one of a number of concerts in Austin or just visiting this beautiful part of Texas.

Please do not wash any towels or sheets, our maids will take care of adding bleach when needed. Please make sure all doors and windows are closed and are locked.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You will be emailed an Innkeeper Agreement with a full list of house rules to be hand signed and return to us, pls list all guests along with age.

No bookings made for over 28 nights, no long term contracts. No parties, only 4 additional guests allowed to visit during the hours of 8am to 10pm.
