Great location! Perfect for 2 people. 4 people would be a little crammed especially if you are coming to ski at HV. Very clean and cool little place. *Very steep stairs*

The description was exactly as the house is. Very clean. Everything we needed was there, including towels and bed linens. The host was very responsive to emails. We would definitely stay there again.

Two day Getawy

Had a lovely time in Ellicottville. The tiny house was very nice but it is truly tiny! Bathroom is a bit tight upstairs was very spacious. However the stairs are a challenge. Would recommend for sure.

Best Little House Stay

We stayed for two nights in this cozy little house for a girl's weekend. The location cannot be beat! It's a super close walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment, and a short drive down to Holiday Valley. Although close to town it's VERY quiet and there's off street parking, which was nice on a busy weekend. The beds are very comfortable, the decor is very cute, and while we didn't prepare any meals, the kitchen was well appointed with what we needed - coffee, tea, other beverages and snacks. The only thing I'd mention is that the stairs up to the loft bedroom are steep, and while sturdy and great for adults, they might be trickier with a busy toddler. Owners are very sweet and quick to respond to any questions and we'd definitely stay here again!
