This beautiful, west-facing modern design Villa on 2300 sqft. leaves nothing to be desired.

The property can accommodate up to 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are two spacious master bedrooms, each with walk-in closets and king-size beds and TVs. One master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink and bathtub. The other master bathroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks and pool access. There is 3rd. bedroom with two single beds and a desk where you can work. You can read and relax in the den, which has a sofa bed. The property also offers another bathroom with a shower and toilet. Integrated into the large living room is the kitchen with bar seating and a spacious dining area. First-class appliances and kitchen accessories invite you to spend an evening with friends and create convivial dinners. The sliding doors of the modernly furnished living room can be opened completely and immediately create a huge space that combines indoor and outdoor areas.

The outdoor area is a real highlight. This is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and exotic plants. You have a wonderful view of the wide intersecting-canal and Cape Coral's unique sunsets. The electrically, and additionally with solar heated salt water pool (no smell of chlorine and particularly skin-friendly) with infinity view and Hot Tub faces west. Another highlight is the atmospheric ambient lighting of the pool. The lanai and pool area is fenced with a pool screen. The covered seating area with a gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings.

The villa is quiet but still centrally located. Shops, grocery stores and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Banks and gas stations as well as golf and tennis courts are also just a short drive away.

A parasol, beach towels and cooler are available for your beach trip.

This villa offers the ideal starting point for your Florida vacation and is an excellent base for exploring Tampa, Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Naples, Orlando, the Everglades and numerous other fascinating destinations.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

Smoking is not permitted in this villa.

Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed. No exceptions.
