About this property

Water-park style pool with hot tub in grotto w. waterfall + bridge over pool

This is certainly the most unique pool area you have ever seen and now you can experience it on your vacation. The hot tub is in a grotto (Disney Park Style) and the waterfall coming from the top of this grotto is fed by two 2.5 HP pumps. The pool deck / patio is ideal for relaxing, it stretches over the entire width of the home -80'- and the covered area is 77' X 10' and the pool is 43' long. Split floor plan, Master towards West, 1 bedroom towards North and the other towards East. This home offers a really huge living room with a 45' wide sliding door towards the pool area so you will enjoy the gorgeous view all day long. The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and therefore your relaxation in the most valuable time of the year, -your vacation- is secured.
Based on its location so close to the Caloosahatchee river there are all kinds of fish directly at the home, the dolphins know about this as well as they come frequently very close to the home.

If you will rent a boat we do require proof of commercial liability insurance or rent a boat from the property manager who owns and operates a boat rental company.

There is an allowance of $56.00 per week for electric consumption, any significant higher usage will be billed with $0.18 per KWH and settled with the security deposit within one week after departure. Rate is for occupancy of 4, each additional person is $20.00 per night.

For extended stays of at least 4 weeks 15% discount, 8+ weeks 20% returning guests do get 10% discount

Great location and beautiful home. The pictures didn’t do the home justice, we were even more impressed when we got there. We fished from the dock every night and caught loads of small snappers, trout, and catfish. Having a garage that the guests can use is huge for us and was definitely a bonus.

Great Place

We really enjoyed every aspect of this place. The pool and grotto are the highlights. I have never seen a better one in all of the years we have been coming to Cape Coral. The house and canal are amazing as well. The property manager Manfred, and the host Kurt were ver helpful and responsive. We will for sure be booking again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay! The resort style pool and spa area were even better than we had imagined! The location was perfect as we enjoyed sunsets from the pool area each day. Third Trip Out to this Amazing House!

This is the third time our family has rented this home in Cape Coral and it's still one of our favorite vacation spots! First and foremost, you can't beat the unique pool - we spend most of our time at home, enjoying the outdoor living space. The location is great to head to great local restaurants and beaches. Amazing pool

We stayed a week and hardly left the house! The pool is incredible! The kids never got tired of it and the adults loved the hot tub. Fishing off the pier was so much fun. Management is great! Explained everything and offered suggestions on how to conserve power. House had everything we needed, didn’t need to get anything to make the stay better. Would absolutely stay again!

Christmas holiday vacation

This was our first vacation that we've taken over the Christmas holiday. We'll definitely be interested in returning during this time again and possibly in the middle of the year. Fun Pool

My son and I have a blast swimming in the pool, sitting in the hot tub, and fishing off of the dock! Lots of little touches everywhere -- room to play, eat, cook, and just have fun. The house is clean with everything you need. We only left the house once to go to the beach and decided the house was better! I highly recommend, especially if you have children.

This house is amazing, very clean and up kept. The lay out of the house is very roomy. Beautifully decorated. The lanai area is stunning. The pool area is gorgeous, plenty of seating, the pool is beautiful and cannot say enough about the hot tub in the grotto. We rented a boat and was able to dock it right there. Would recommend this house to anyone. Looking forward to renting it again. We had a blast. Thank you Kurt for allowing us to enjoy a little piece of paradise.

The home and surrounding property were both unique and exquisite. The home was spotless and had virtually everything we could possibly need or want. If I had one criticism, it would be that we should have been notified that there would be an additional charge for the electricity used, but it was a small amount and not a major concern. Tropical Paradise!

Omg! The pool photo sold us the moment we seen it! It was beyond spectacular! The house was roomy and decorated with the perfect Florida feel! We enjoyed early morning swims and then going out touring Cape Coral neighborhoods, before returning for a lovely cookout on the beautiful screened lanai! The pool, grotto and waterfall were lit by colorful lights that made our evening swims so relaxing and enjoyable! What a wonderful, yet affordable, tropical getaway!
