Indulge in this beautiful waterfront Key Colony pool home. This oasis is nestled right across from a par 3 golf course, tennis courts, and a serene park. Step into a haven of comfort and style with freshly painted walls and new furnishings throughout. Entertainment awaits with not one, but three flat-screen high-definition TVs - a lavish 42" in the living room and inviting 32" screens in each bedroom. Enjoy movie nights with DVD players available in both the living room and master bedroom. Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet service throughout the home. The kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, grill, and air fryer. Have dinner at your dining room table or outside on the covered patio overlooking the canal. The Master features a King Bed, and the second bedroom has 1 Queen bed, and 1 Twin bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. There are tile floors throughout the entire home. The Newly Decorated Home is located on the right side of the duplex.
