Very nice layout! Perfect for having the family together, yet plenty of privacy. Very nice furniture and accessories. I’d highly recommend it!

Better than expected

This was by far my best stay through a vacation rental. The house was open and spacious. We had everything we needed. Thank you for hosting. Please book this property you won't be disappointed.

Weekend in Lubbock

We were in Lubbock for College rodeo at Cooks Garage and stayed here with our daughter and friends. it was a great location, clean, new and very spacious. We loved it. We did wish it had a BBQ and a few more kitchen tools such as a can opener and glasses. All in all i would highly recommend this place

Cute little house

The house was very nice and clean. It looks pretty new. The beds were comfortable. The only downside was there were no ice trays or filtered water. So make sure you bring bottled water.

Lubbock, Fox Ridge #1

Very sparsely furnished- 3 bedrooms for 6 people, had 6 small bath towels, less hand and face towels, no hot pads for oven when used, refrigerator door handle and counters were sticky, no cleaning supplies to clean up spills or messes, refrigerator freezer no ice maker or trays to make ice, no bowls for mixing anything if trying to cook. The coffeemaker was small, only a 5 cup, which made minimal coffee and several pots of coffee had to be made for 6 people. Living room furniture was minimal, small couch and 2 chairs, not enough for 6 people to sit at one time unless dining tables were used. TVs were very hard to use, had to have passcodes, etc. TV in master bedroom never could get to work. It was November and cold, no blankets for beds, bedrooms were cold even with the heater on. If we were there to actually spend time there to cook and have meals, it would have not been possible unless we went out and bought cleaning, mixing, and cookware items. We did not communicate with the property manager as it was a holiday and most of the issues we had could not have been resolved during the time we were there.
