Host was responsive when we had issues with A/C but it was a cord problem not an A/C issue. However, the unit was short on supplies like toliet paper, kitchen supplies and no coffee. We would stay here again as overall the place was nice. Also the Prarrie Dogs in the front yard and across the street added to the fun and the Grandkids enjoyed watching them.

Old but adequate

We nabbed this property in February for Tech graduation. Unbelievable price so our expectations were low. The owner was great to work with. We had trouble finding the property (typo in listing) and things in the house and she responded immediately.The property is very old and we felt like we had to wash dishes and pots before using. But beds were comfy and we enjoyed being together in one space. We enjoyed the pool table.

Very disappointing and embarrassing.

Cockroaches in the sink, washing machine half full of water not able to drain, tried to shave and water wouldn’t drain, pool sticks had no tips, and sketchy neighborhood. We had out of town guests staying in Lubbock for first time to attend a wedding. Was embarrassed, the only positive was it was convenient to the wedding venue.

Bad first vrbo experience

Checking in was easy. Except wrong address on site. And half the house didnt have a working air conditioner (bedrooms), 1st night had to sleep in the living room. Found a door unlocked, back gate open. Kitchen utensils dirty. Sheer curtains in bedrooms. Pool table was dirty, unable to use, not sure how its been used before.
