We arrived on a Thursday and there were several bags of trash in the courtyard and the gate was blocked open with a brick. It was supposed to be locked. The next morning when we got up early to go to work, there were ~10 empty paint cans and stuff right behind our car. These had to be moved in order to leave the parking space. There was also an old refrigerator left behind another car. The bathroom drain doesn't work properly, the blinds in the living room didn't operate properly and there were no ice trays nor an ice maker ... these sound a little petty, but they are important when you rent for a week.

On the day of your check-in, our maintenance team was dealing with a repair that took longer than expected, which delayed their return in time to complete the work and clean up the property. This is no excuse, but as we know, sometimes situations arise that are out of one's control and can cause situations like this to happen.
We want to thank you for bringing the issues in the unit to our attention and for your understanding in this matter. The most minor things are usually the most important. Thank you for choosing our place for your stay. We assure you that you will not be disappointed if given another opportunity to have you as a guest. It was our pleasure to be your host.
