Beautiful property

Went with my family to go swim with the manatees. We enjoyed this house. It was beautiful and clean. Owner was very easy to talk with about any questions we had. We look forward to renting this house again next year.

Home was exactly as listed. Great location. Canal is on the shallow side out to the main river, but it is navigable. Would stay there again. Communication with the owner was very easy and accommodating.

Beautifully unique home with plenty of room for us to all spread out and be comfortable. Great location only 5-10 minutes away from all of the fun Homosassa has to offer depending on what side of the river you were heading to. The house was in a nice and quiet neighbor hood which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors of the property as well. Thanks for having us!

This was a family vacation, plus a birthday party, with 3 generations. The house is beautiful and was very clean when we arrived. There was plenty of room and beds for the 9 people staying in the house, plus the guests that came over for a visit a couple of times. We could all eat at the same table for our meals. There was plenty of parking for the several cars that drove there, plus there was room for our boat and trailer.There were so many things for the kids to do there: pool, pool table, games, etc. The children absolutely loved this house and pool and they want to come back again soon. The pool was a perfect size and depth for the kids and was also very clean. There were even large fans on the pool deck to help with the July heat at poolside. There was a fire pit and interesting grounds for exploring in the cooler months.The owner responded to my texts immediately and answered every question I had. He had a great attitude with me and has a very friendly personality.We had a wonderful time during our stay and would definitely book here again if we return to Homosassa.

Great house, fun layout. Unexpected but fantastic ice maker, coffee pods and a lot of excellent touches in terms of amenities. My husband thoroughly enjoyed fishing by the canal while the rest of the family was busy enjoying the screened-in pool area. Excellent location in terms of proximity to grocery, restaurants and places to check-out in that area.
