The location cannot be beat! Within walking distance to public beaches, all the good bars, docks for pickup, All the restaurants, and the Arnold's Park amusement Park.

Kitchen fully stocked and has all you need to cook your meals.

This house has 3 full bedrooms with all new bedding (1st Queen, 2nd Queen, 3rd room with bunk beds totaling 2 Doubles & 2 Twins). The furniture and bedding/towels are all less than 1 year old. TV has Roku hookup thru Wifi. Front porch has lots of seating, and also big back deck. Full bath is upstairs, and additional lower level bath next to laundry. Walk to everything from this house. Really the best place for your money in area.

For your kiddos safety, we have installed a child safety gate in the kitchen that goes downstairs to the basement.

Don't bring your dirty clothes home. Enjoy the complimentary washer and dryer to use during your stay.

Enjoy grilling on the gas grill during your stay. We have 2 propane tanks for guests to use.

I live in Des Moines, but I will have someone available to help if anything comes up.

It is close to everything! Prime Location!

Couldn’t ask for a better place for our trip. Great location, easy check-in process and plenty of space for our group. Property managers were great to work with. Will definitely book again!
