About this property

Located Right Between Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs!

Ariel’s supports one of the best locations in The Villages. It’s located halfway between Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs. Both are popular town squares.

Golf courses and pools are just a short golf cart ride away. And live music begins at 5 pm nightly, in each of the squares.

While all squares are full of restaurants and shopping, Spanish Springs is home to The Sharon Theater. The Sharon is home to international entertainment. Information on shows is available on the Village’s Entertainment website.

The Villages is located about 75 minutes north of Orlando, and Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World are only a short drive away.

If you like mountain biking, Santos is about 45 minutes to the north. Bikes are available at Ariel’s upon request.

Temporary Resident passes are available through The Villages, for a one time fee of $50. The fee includes two passes. Passes are encouraged for those who like to golf and swim.

Lovely house

Fully stocked rental, comfortable beds. Golf cart to get around the neighborhood/ to the other parts of the villages. My only suggestion is to dowload The Villages app, as a renter it was really hard to figure out where anything was and the best route to take on a golf cart or car.
