Response from VrboOwner on 23 October 2025
We were genuinely shocked and disappointed to receive this review. This guest contacted us less than an hour after check-in to say they would not be staying because one of their travelers was sick. They briefly mentioned a strong scent from cleaning products but had already left before reaching out, giving us no opportunity to assist, inspect, or offer another accommodation. While we understand that sensitivities can vary, this guest's review does not reflect the situation accurately, as no resolution was sought or possible. Our team takes great pride in providing clean, comfortable spaces and attentive service, which is consistently reflected in the overwhelmingly positive feedback from our guests.
