Other amenities include a fully furnished kitchen, 2 full baths, living room with flatscreen Smart TV with Roku, and a large backyard for family activities as well as an electric car charging station/50amp RV plug.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this comfortable meets the need well for those looking to get away from it all at a great price. Come, relax on the deck with a cold beverage, while watching deer meander through the backyard, or take a two-minute drive into town to shop, eat or walk on the sandy beach. Harris Beach is just minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
There are 2- exterior cameras located outside the house, as well as a Ring doorbell camera
Internet/Cell Phone Coverage/Utilities WiFi is usually reliable, but may be impacted by coastal weather. Most cell providers have strong reception, but occasional service interruptions can occur due to the remote location.
