Enjoyed our stay. Living spaces very comfortable. Updated interior and very clean. Beach view was limited as not directly on beach front, but still used balcony enjoying the early morning sunshine.

We enjoyed our family vacation here so much. The condo overlooks a partial view of the beach and ocean. The condo itself is very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything was as described by the owner. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great condo. Clean , plenty of room. Very comfortable beds . Beautiful beach and nice pool area . I loved to watch the birds flying over to the Bird Sanctuary .

Fantastic Stay

Overall, had a wonderful time and the condo was exactly as described in the listing. The upgrades throughout the condo were a nice touch and being only steps from the beach was great. Although we tried other beaches throughout our stay, the one outside the condo was our favorite as was clean and not very crowded. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Would have been 5 stars but A/C was out first day. The agency worked quickly to get it resolved. The rest of the visit was terrific.

The building pool deck was under construction while we were there. The property itself was in working condition except for the pool/hot tub area. The condo was clean and had every amenity we could ask for.

Great Stay

A Christmas to remember

Took my family to Florida for a vacation and came across this condo in the Indian Shores area of St. Pete. Gorgeous mornings beautiful nights, could not have planned it better. One thing to keep in mind, if you have twenty+ kids traveling with you, unless they like quite beaches this is not the place to rent. We came for the peace and beauty, or son wanted more excitement.

Very nice condo

One of the nicest condo’s I’ve stayed in. The beach area was so beautiful and not overcrowded. It felt very private. Communication with the rental company was easy and they always replied quickly. Sue was very helpful. Pool is on the small side. Construction on adjoining property was going on the whole week. The pool and hot tub both closed for several hours on separate days because a child pooped in them. The small room with a pull out sofa would only accommodate a child and was hard as a rock.

The condo is exactly as described but the floors are not the cleanest when we arrived and the ice maker was broken. When we did have an issue with the screen door we got an immediate response from the manager and it was fixed the next day.

Condo in Indian Shores

We stayed at this 2 ½ bedroom condo the first week in May 2025 and has fantastic weather. We had good communication and quick responses from our host. The interior of the condo was lovely, especially the kitchen/ living dining area. The furniture was modern and comfortable, and the kitchen was large and updated. It was great that beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. I am not giving this a five due to location. The balcony is right next to the bird sanctuary next door. This made for constant bird noise and although we saw a lot of pelicans and ibis it was a negative, also the balcony partly faces the main road (GULF) and that also produced constant traffic noise. The building is beach side but this unit is not with a few structures blocking the beach view. The beach is beautiful and fairly quiet. We usually spend a lot of time on the balcony so that is why I am mentioning the problems we found. All in all it’s a lovely rental but for the price I think I would have liked more detail on location and noise factor.

As noted in the listing and images, this 3 BR condo is not directly over the beach- it is set back slightly with a view of the beach and water off the balcony, and from the living room and master bedroom. There is even a view of the intercoastal waterway (across the street) from the balcony with its unique positioning. We’re glad you had a pleasant visit overall and hope you enjoyed the natural beauty and peaceful beach just steps away from the condo!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! The space was perfect for our family of 4, and it even had space for a couple more people if needed. The views from the balcony were beautiful! We had water views from the left and right. We loved watching the birds at the bird sanctuary next door. The only thing is there is a strong fish smell due to the proximity to the bird sanctuary, so if you are sensitive to smells like my daughter, you may not be able to enjoy it as much. The host was extremely helpful and easy to contact before and during our stay. Highly recommend!
