Was a great quiet place. Other guests were friendly. Host was very open and communicated very well with questions during trip. Would highly recommend a stay here. I think the kids liked the kayak that was available more than all the money we spent on the tourist attractions. Thank you for the experience.

This location was quiet and the perfect home base for our time in Hot Springs. We were 15-20 minutes from everything we wanted to do, but appreciated having services nearby. We had a minor maintenance issue and the owner responded promptly and took care of it that day. (Family of 4, traveling with 13 yo and 17 yo)

We enjoyed our stay here, the place was clean, well stocked, has a strong Ac and plenty of hot water for a family of 5. Appreciated the rollaway bed too. Pictures dont do it justice- its a lot more spacious than we expected. We look forward to coming back.

The exterior photo led me to believe that the condo has a back porch facing and close to the lake. It doesn’t have a back porch at all. The front porch faces the lake but is a bit of a distance from it. Still, the view is pretty. There are two chairs on the porch. The interior of the condo was clean and tastefully decorated. The welcome basket and local sparkling water in the fridge were very thoughtful, and the amenities were sufficient. According to the instructions I received, the sheets to the sofa bed were in a closet. When I couldn’t find them there (and didn’t make the effort to check the guest bedroom dresser), I contacted the host. He promptly responded. The rollout bed was appreciated. I used the extra queen flat sheet on it. Our neighbors were respectful, and the area was peaceful while being close to attractions and restaurants. Checking in and out was easy.
