This sweet 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom pad is your ultimate beachside escape, comfortably sleeping up to 4 of your crew. The bedroom's got a King bed for max comfort with a huge electric fireplace, and there's a queen sofa bed in the living room with a memory foam mattress. With smart TVs with YouTubeTV in both the living room and bedroom, you'll have all the entertainment you need! There's gig speed WiFi too!

Step out onto the oceanfront balcony and soak in those epic Atlantic views. There's a dining table and comfy furniture, perfect for laid-back meals and sunset vibes. The kitchen is fully loaded with brand new appliances, so you can whip up some tasty grinds with ease. Plus, we've got you covered with sheets, towels, and a starter pack of coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, spices, salt and pepper, soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, and paper towels.

The Pyramid building is stacked with cool amenities, like an outdoor pool that's open in the summer – perfect for a refreshing dip after hitting the beach. Speaking of which, you can walk right out to the sand from the building, making it super easy to catch some rays or ride the waves. Parking's a breeze too – it's free from November 1st to May 17th, and from May 18th to October 31st, there's just a $40 parking fee (for one car).

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

May 18th through October 31st: Guests must pay a parking fee upon arrival to building, $40 per stay for one car. (Cash only) A second space can be rented for $20 per day, depending on availability. Please know that this fee is subject to change at the building's discretion.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
