Our group of 4 found the room to be clean and comfortable. The communication with the host was good. The beach view is excellent! One thing to note that we did not see in the description or pics was that the master bedroom closet is locked and cannot be used by the renter. There is a 16” bracket on the outside of the closet door for hanging clothes. Another tip is to bring salt/pepper and any other ingredients if you’ll be doing any cooking. The fridge has an ice maker so that was nice to have!

Beach view was incredible! We stayed on the third floor which was convenient for parking. The only thing is there is only ramp access to the rooms on the first or third floors, otherwise you have to take the stairs. That being said, the third floor gets pretty full and the parking spaces are kinda tight if you have a bigger vehicle. Overall the condo has everything we wanted for a vacation. It was conveniently located. The host was great about answering questions when I reached out to them. We would definitely stay there again!

The unit rented was in need of heavy cleaning. We called Sunset Rentals at least 3 time and left messages to no avail. Never received a call back from them. The entire unit floor was filthy dirty. My baby grandson crawled for 10 minutes and his legs and hands were black by the time we picked him up. It was very hard not allowing him to crawl for the entire stay. There was a black material coming out of the bathtub drain. The entire unit was so dirty we didn't even want to use the coffee machine. Never using Sunset Resort Rentals again. This is unfortunate since we love this property and have had good experiences with other maintenance companies.

We take cleanliness very seriously, and although all possibilities exist, the floors were professionally steam cleaned within days of this guest’s arrival. While we are eager to address issues immediately, there were no service requests submitted through our guest portal during this stay notifying us of any concerns. We recommend to all guests to use the provided free guest portal to request services. Unfortunately, this party's damages, late departure, and having an unauthorized pet violated strict house rules. We have since repaired and serviced the property, thoroughly sanitizing and restoring it to our usual high standards for future guests.

Always a good time here. We love the view from the balcony and I will sit out there until wee hours in the morning. The ocean is my happy place and this is our favorite place to stay. We have been coming to this area for over 30 years. 💗

Toes in the sand!

The condo is great. They have alot in the condo for your needs. The pool is great and the beachfront balcony is great! We needed a mop because the floors needed some love and after a quick email one was delivered with no problem. The covered parking is great for the Florida sun. The parking garage is tight incase you have a larger vehicle. The balcony chairs are great but a couple of regular shorter chairs would be a great addition. The gym is small but nice and very much so needs someone to check on the air. It's a smaller room and was 81 at 10am so you can definitely get your hot yoga in. The condo and the owners were great.
Mornings are so peaceful and beautiful.
