Why they chose this property

Our house is a few 100 yds from the private beach .
The house in within walking distance of the up and coming Harbor where there are several bars, shops and restaurants.
In addition to being in a quite community , you are also minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean , Sole Cycle , Harvest Restaurant, Westlake Restaurant, Gurney's Yacht Club , Sloppy Tuna and many more places ..
We are a nice Bike ride to Montauk Pt. and for those of you that love Golf , Montauk Downs Golf course is just mins away.
Surfing at Ditch Plains is a short ride from the house .

One of the Unique benefits of staying at our house is the private beach access that you will enjoy while staying at our home . You can jog or ride bikes in and around our quite community .
