There is a large living room, a ding room and a kitchen. There is a three season room at the back of the house.the lower level has more bedrooms and another bathroom. Was advertised to have king sized bed and private hot tub, which was why we chose this place over others. When we arrived NO king and hot tub had no water and in need of attention/repair. We were very disappointed as well with what we found in the kitchen. We had a group of 9 ( house slept 13) and yet we had one 1 glass to use, 6 spoons, and luckily 9 forks so we could at least eat at the same time. The cookware was very beat up. Basic kitchen gadgets (bottle opener, can opener etc) were also missing, again making meal prep difficult. I’ve rented many VRBO properties with no complaints until this one. When I reached out to owner after our stay, he was very rude on his communications So disappointed in our 4 night stay.

The property was perfect for the group. There was more than enough sleeping space for all the guys and the communication was exellent. The house was clean and well kept. having turkeys hanging in the back yeard was just a bonus! It was a great experience all around.

This house is in a safe area, and it has a large private backyard. I think this house has a lot of potential and I plan to continue to work on this house and have one of the nicest most affordable short term rentals available.
