The host kept in touched and inquired about our needs, very thoughtful.The home was truly family‑friendly, clean, and perfectly located with easy access to grocery stores, shopping, and the beaches. I especially loved that each room had its own television with premium channels — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

The house was amazing, and everything was perfect when we arrived. Check-in and check-out were both super simple. The host was very nice and quick to respond! There were 9 of us and plenty of room to sit, hangout, and have a good time!

Nice house near the beach, very clean and in good repair. Only negative was the couch was very uncomfortable to sit and watch TV but otherwise a very nice stay.

Our family had a great time staying at this rental property. We had 4 adults and 4 children. The room setup worked out perfectly. There is a big bedroom with a king size bed and adjoining bathroom on the first floor. The rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. There is one bedroom with a king bed and adjoining bathroom upstairs. The other 3 bedrooms were a decent size and there is also another bathroom upstairs. The beach is across the street and it wasn't busy when we were there in August. A nice addition would be to include a beach wagon at the property. We had our wagon/stroller with us so that is how we transferred chairs/beach toys etc. Its a great place to stay for a family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The Beachside Home was cozy and relaxing! My family appreciated a nice hot shower! Very convenient walk to the beach and 15 minutes away from major attractions. We enjoyed quality time with each other as this Christmas was extremely hard for us losing our sister on Jan 2, 2025. Her husband, two daughters, mother, sisters, and nephew enjoyed the time away to heal. One suggestion would be to add more seating to the family room Blessings,The Morgan, McNair, Marriott and Kalnas family

Location for the place is fantastic. It is just a five minute walk to a residential beach. The house was as displayed on the website and the listing was accurate. The cleaning was adequate but we encountered a single cleaning lady who has to clean this and 2 other houses and this delayed our check in. No big deal. Few things were a little subpar. The kitchen is ill equipped. The toaster started smoking immediately upon trying to use it. Not sure if this is on purpose or prior guests just took stuff, but there was no cutting board, no oil or common things that all guests could use except for some salt and spices. The quality of the mattresses, pillow and sheets was just terrible and I wish they had spent a little more on these items. Everything worked well though, and the AC held up to a heat wave. Water pressure was adequate. So mostly a good experience. Communication from the host was great. Fix up these couple things and you’ll have a winner in no time!
