You`ll be swept away by it`s beauty and stunned by it`s proximity to the UofA, Dickson Street, the mountains, etc. You simply will not find a better place to stay in majestic Fayetteville, Arkansas!
The long driveway, the driveway to the side of the house, the house itself, and all surrounding wooded property is at your use! The only portions not available for use are the parking directly in front of garage, the garage itself, and the garage apartment, as that is a seperate rental unit.
Guests can access the entire home, and surrounding acreage. Guests cannot access the garage, garage apartment, or parking spaces directly in front of the garage. The garage apartment is a seperate listing and the unit + the parking is limited to those renters. Please park in long driveway, or beside the house on the semi paved rocked in portion. - Our sister unit, The Fayetteville Nest is located on property as well and houses up to 3 at a time. It does not come with use of the garage at this time, so the parking must be left open in front of the garage for this unit. If you have interest in renting The Nest in addition to The Lodge just let me know! If not, you may have renters at the same time as you at that, but there is no shared space. - Feel free to utilize porch bed swing on balcony upstairs! Air pump, and sleeping bags / pillows for the porch bed swing are in the cabinets upstairs by the back door. - Do not park in front of the garage as that is for our other unit. - No parties.

Great location near the U of A! Very close to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic center for Mass, the football stadium, Carnall Hall/Ella's for breakfast and everything near the university. I took a few early morning walks around the campus and the surrounding neighborhood, and everything was beautiful. It was a great stay!
The place was great for our family while traveling to Fayetteville. The close location to campus was perfect for us. And the house was super cute and accommodating.
We stayed here while in town for the US Pro Cup Mountain Bike race. Location was great, just a quick 8-minute drive to Centennial Park. Our son was even able to ride his bike to Centennial Park through the Markham Hill trails. Very country-like feeling, but close to everything.
This place was perfect for our stay. We had a group of girlfriends that were here for a friend’s daughter’s wedding. We had plenty of room here. It was a great location. Thanks for your hospitality!!
We stayed here for parents weekend and found the house to be super comfortable with an outstanding location.
The host was so easy to work with and answered question very quickly.
We would love to stay here again.

Thank you so much for your kind words Tami! We love having you stay at the Lodge and hope you continue to choose us in the future!
Very private location, we were in town to visit the university for my daughter. The place is very close to everything. Hayden was very accommodating to our needs. If she ends up attending here, we’ll be back.
We booked the house for a quick getaway over Memorial Day weekend and had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. As vegetarians who enjoy cooking, we really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen—it had all the cookware, plates, bowls, and utensils we needed.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay or a quick weekend getaway!
This house is close to everything in Fayetteville, yet it’s tucked away in a serene forested area. We spent time on the screened patio each morning. The bed swing on second floor lanai was lovely for afternoon reading. Recommend.

Thank you so much! So glad y'all enjoyed your stay. Come back anytime!
Loved the property. It felt very private, while being close to everything. The accommodations were great and just as they were described in the listing. We cooked dinner and breakfast at the house and had everything we needed. Loved the primary bathroom, very roomy.Would highly recommend it.Driveway was private, so we had to carefully follow the directions to find, but it wasn't a problem, just an FYI to pay attention to the directions received from the owner.

Hello! I am so glad you're here to stay. I am a 2016 UofA graduate, and lover of all things Arkansas. I was raised in Grapevine, TX and lived in Dallas after college. I now reside in West Texas with my family but get up to NWA as much as possible, I am obsessed with Fay! Having lived in Fay for 4.5 years, and continued to visit many times a year, I am adequately passionate and knowledgeable about it. Ask me anything and enjoy the best stay in Fay!
Why they chose this property
We choose this area of Fayetteville for the obvious reasons: it has the feel of complete seclusion, while at the same time, I can walk from the front door and be in my seats at a Razorback football game in under fifteen minutes. It's the most unique place in Fayetteville!
What makes this property unique
We are completely wooded in and secluded. In fact, if you don't have good directions to our house, you wouldn't ever find it by accident. You're so close to the campus that you hear Old Main bell tower every hour on the hour and the 5 O'clock rendition of the alma mater very clearly!
