Cozy studio in private apartment attached to owner's cottage. Includes Small fully fenced private yard space with latching gate and porch.
Perfect for solo traveler or couple.
Available for multi-day, weekly, and monthly stays
Queen bed and large sofa. Bed linens and towels provided. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap provided.
Full sized bath with tub and shower. Washer and Dryer in unit. Walk in closet with plenty of storage. Steamer provided to de-wrinkle clothing.
Kitchen includes an apartment sized full fridge + freezer, 3-in-1 Microwave, convection oven, and air fryer; one burner counter stove, and George Foreman grill. Countertop and stools provided for dining along with an outdoor bistro set. Dish soap and sponge, dishes, silverware, and minimal basic cooking utensils provided.
Located Very quiet and safe Maynard Oaks neighborhood. Free street parking. Dedicated pathway from parking to studio entrance with lights at night.
Easy 2 min walk along sidewalk to paved Greenway with creeks, woods, and bridges. 5 min drive to downtown Cary. Close to shopping, parks, and restaurants
