Vince was helpful and easy to get a hold of. The place was clean and well stocked. The kitchen was very functional, as someone who likes to be able to cook when I travel. Really my only challenge was that the house smelled a bit perfumey for my taste (like many rentals) and I couldn’t find air fresheners to move outside or turn off.

Thank you so much for your review! Hope to have you back soon!
The positives are host Vince is very speedy about answering your messages and both ground coffee and Nespresso pods were available. The bed in the master was comfortable. His home was well lit and the windows were super clean. Now I'll start with the negatives. The front is located down a steep incline so if you drive down to the front, you may find it tricky to back up the hill - we parked at the top of the driveway during our entire stay and carried everything up and down. Both the front and back yards were not mowed and the grass was way too tall for a dog with short legs. Also there is a flight of stairs down to the deck in the backyard then another 5 steps down. I thought we could walk out from the bottom level of the house to the deck where we would then have only 5 more steps, but you could only access the back from a flight of stairs from the kitchen. We just leashed the dog and climbed the driveway to the road every time to take her out. Also, we only found out that pets were not allowed on the furniture after we paid for the rental - we would not have booked this if we had known – it was a huge inconvenience for us to keep our dog off of the furniture. There were a lot of ants around the kitchen sink, on the countertop and in a bedroom upstairs. And we used the disposal twice for normal food disposal. A day later it would not work and it was unrelated to anything that we did. I reported it to him and he deducted 65 from our deposit.
Everything was wonderful. I had great communication with Vince, easy check-in, the home was in great shape and modern looking and there were plenty of amenities including cookware, spices, coffee and plenty of towels and soap. The wifi worked well. We made 2 dinners and had everything we needed. The deck was wonderful to sit on and admire nature. The location is very close to the airport, a mall and stores. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Vince!

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, we truly appreciate it. We're glad you liked the place and would love to have you back again!
We truly enjoyed our 5-night stay at Bodur's Rusting Leaves! The house was bright, clean, and spacious. Lots of room to spread out. Beautifully appointed kitchen with thoughtful labeling of drawers to make finding everything easy. Special make-up mirrors in the bathrooms were a very nice touch. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the large backyard and neighborhood for walks. Felt very much like home away from home! Our host, Vince, was excellent with his attention to detail and communication prior to, during, and after our stay. We always felt welcomed and well taken care of. Will definitely save this home as one of our favorites and highly recommend it to our friends and family traveling through the area. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Only negative would be the steepness of the driveway but it was total ok for us (I’m thinking of older visitors it could be challenging )

Thank you for your feedback! We're delighted to hear you had a great stay and appreciate you mentioning the driveway steepness. It's a helpful note for future guests, and we're glad it worked well for you. We hope to host you again soon!
We enjoyed our stay in Renton this past weekend. We had a family trip with some of us going to Seattle for Metallica and some of us staying back and exploring the city with younger kids. This house was plenty spacious for 8 of us and very clean. Plenty of kitchen gadgets for all types of cooking and a BBQ on the back porch. I sipped coffee early in the morning on the back porch and enjoyed all the trees, which made me feel like I wasn't in the middle of the city. Would recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the area.

We're so glad your family trip to Renton was enjoyable and that the house met everyone's needs, from its spacious layout and cleanliness to the well-stocked kitchen and relaxing back porch. It’s wonderful to hear you found a peaceful retreat among the trees while still being close to the city. We’d love to host you again for your next family getaway!
Great location and nice, quiet property. Kitchen had all the basics, and the two living areas were great. All three bedrooms up-stairs with an office space and two bathrooms.
